We have put together these tools to help you figure out which size is best for your application. Once you decide on the wire deck size that’s best for your application you can then decide which Wire Decking Styles you want to use. Below the calculation tools is industry standard of wire deck measurements. The depth of the wire deck is determined by the depth of your pallet racking.

use the 2-2-2 Rule: Divide by 2, subtract 2 then purchase 2.
(Beam Length/2) – 2 = Deck Length x 2 units
Divide the beam length by 2 then subtract 2 from that number then buy 2 wire decks at that width per beam level.For example if you have a 108” beam it would look like this:
108/2=54 then 54-2=52 then Buy 2 units at 52” wide.
Use the 3-2-3 Rule: Divide by 3, Subtract 2 then Buy 3.
(Beam Length/3) – 2 = Deck Length x 3 units
Divide the beam length by 3 then subtract 2 from that number then buy 3 wire decks at that width per beam level.For example if you have a 144” beam it would look like this:
144/3=48 then 48-2=46 then Buy 3 units at 46” wide
